Class Policies
CLASS POLICIES
To ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to learn in a safe environment, Artventurous Kids employees and or volunteers, reserve the right to suspend class for your child, should the following not be adhered to: misbehavior, acting inappropriately toward staff and other students or if they do not follow safety practices. Bad language, abuse or bullying will also not be tolerated.
If any of the above occurs, the child will be given a warning and if the behavior persists, the child will be removed from the class and parents or guardians will be called to come and pick them up..
Class Cancellation Policies
ARTVENTUROUS KIDS , has the right to cancel arts and crafts classes and advise students accordingly, by a phone call or SMS should the tutor be sick or unavailable. In this circumstance, a full refund of the class price will be paid or another class can be booked in it's place but must be to the same value of the cancelled session.
If a student is unable to attend Artventurous Kids art class, you can schedule another session at a later date to the same value. You must give Artventurous Kids at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend class. If a student is absent from class, or if notice is given in under 24 hours, no refund, part refund, credit or make up class will be offered. These cancellation terms, do not relate to our Art Lab sessions, only for weekend and holiday classes.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE BOOKED DATE. CLASS BOOKINGS CLOSE 2 DAYS BEFORE SESSION DATE.
